    • How long will it take to get a proof?

    A proof will arrive via email within 1 day, orders requested after 5 PM EST will be handled the next day.

    • When do I pay for my signs?

    You will be asked to pay for your order after proof approval. You can pre-pay or put 1/2 down. We accept Check, Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and C.O.D. Terms upon approval.

    • Can my signs be shipped?

    Yes. We ship UPS.

    • When will I get my signs?

    There are many variables (art, shipping, approval and stock). We try to run a 2-3 day turnaround. 

    Sign Materials

    These general descriptions should help decide what you are looking for



    • No file needed.
    • Type what you want in the Sign Request box.
    • Send any file you have to give us an idea of what you want.
    • We can verbally discuss text and colors.


    • Vector Files: EPS, AI or PDF
      • Dedicate PMS colors
      • Save at 1/10 scale, note final size in file
      • Save all fonts to outlines
      • Send a JPG for a hard copy

    • Raster Files: JPG, TIF, GIF, PS or PSD
      • Dpi should be no less than 72 at print size
      • Flatten the image
      • Dedicate PMS colors
